- You connect your own provider key and pay that provider directly for what you use. For most solo practitioners that is a few dollars a month. This is deliberate, and it is why the price can be what it is: your requests go straight from your device to your provider, so we are never in the path and never hold your key.
- One seat, one lawyer
- Not transferable, not resellable. Seats for a team, a private gateway on your own infrastructure, firm-wide administration and SSO are the Firm plan, quoted per contract.
- Lifetime of the product
- For as long as inchambers.ai operates, not for the rest of your life. We think that is a long time, and we would rather say so here than bury it in the terms.

What does "lifetime" actually mean?
The operational lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. As long as inchambers.ai is running, your seat works and you pay nothing further to us. It is a single named seat and is not transferable or resellable.
Is AI usage included?
No. A lifetime seat is on the Bring Your Own Key plan. You connect your own provider key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or another provider, and you pay that provider directly for what you use. We never see your key or your documents, which is the point.
Why is bringing my own key cheaper?
Because you are only paying us for the software. Providers bill per token at cost, with no reseller margin on top. For most solo practitioners that runs to a few dollars a month, far below a bundled subscription that has to price in worst-case usage.
What happens to my documents?
They stay on your device. Documents are processed client-side and requests go straight from your browser to your AI provider, so inchambers is never in the request path on this plan. Nothing is stored on our servers, logged, or used for training.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] from your account address. You do not need to give a reason. Your access ends and the seat returns to the pool.
Does it work inside Microsoft Word?
Yes. The same seat covers the Word add-in, the browser app and the desktop companion. Drafting, review and redlining run against the document you already have open in Word.
Why are you selling a lifetime deal at all?
Being paid once up front is worth more to us at this stage than the same money spread over years, and we would rather grow on revenue from the lawyers using the product than any other way. It is capped at a hundred precisely because no business can run on lifetime pricing indefinitely.
What if inchambers.ai shuts down?
That risk is real on any lifetime deal and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is one reason the offer is capped and the refund window exists. What we can tell you is that your work is not hostage to it: documents are processed on your device and stored locally, not on our servers, and on this plan the AI runs on your own provider key. If we disappeared tomorrow you would still have every document and every key you started with.
What happens when the seats are gone?
The offer closes and the buy button stops working. The seat count on this page is read live from our billing system, so it is the real number rather than a marketing device. Any second release would be priced higher.
