This Refund Policy explains when you can obtain a refund for a purchase from inchambers.ai, operated by Eutin Warren Private Limited (“we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. All prices and refunds are in United States dollars (USD).

Free trial

Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you cancel at any point before the trial ends, no charge is made and nothing is owed. If you do not cancel, your plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and the first payment is taken at that time.

Monthly subscriptions

Solo and Practice are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from Manage Subscription inside the app.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date, and you are not billed again afterwards. We do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period that has already been paid for, and we do not refund past billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.

Early Lifetime purchase

This is a software licence, not an investment. It buys a permanent seat on the product. It confers no shares, ownership, profit share, revenue share, or any other financial interest in inchambers.ai or Eutin Warren Private Limited.

The Early Lifetime offer is a one-time payment for a single seat, limited in number, and is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account within 14 days of the payment date. You do not need to give a reason.

When a Early Lifetime refund is issued, your lifetime access ends and your account returns to the free tier, and the seat is returned to the available pool. After 14 days, the Early Lifetime purchase is non-refundable.

Because a lifetime seat is tied to a single named user, it is not transferable and cannot be resold or reassigned. “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. It does not include a private gateway deployment or any firm-level features.

Firm contracts

Firm plans are quoted and invoiced individually. Refund and termination terms for those engagements are governed by the signed contract between us and your firm, which takes precedence over this page.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We initiate refunds within 5 business days of approving the request. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control, but it is commonly 5 to 10 business days after we initiate it.

We do not issue refunds as account credit or to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

What is not refundable

We do not refund on the basis of AI output quality, model availability, or third-party AI provider costs. On plans where you supply your own API key, any charges you incur with that provider are between you and that provider, and we cannot refund them.

We may decline a refund where we reasonably determine that an account has breached the Terms of Service, or where the refund process is being used abusively, for example repeated purchase and refund cycles.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We will almost always resolve a legitimate billing problem faster than a dispute will. Where a chargeback is raised against a purchase, access associated with that purchase may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where such law gives you rights beyond those described here, those rights apply.
