inchambers.ai serves solely as an interface and infrastructure provider to enable users to access third-party AI models via our zero-knowledge edge proxy or, optionally, using their own API keys. Third-Party MCP Integrations
Inchambers provides integrations with third-party services through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including messaging platforms (WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram), legal research databases (CourtListener, CanLII), document management systems, and other productivity tools. Some MCP integrations utilize unofficial APIs, reverse-engineered protocols, or methods that may not be officially sanctioned by the third-party service provider. Examples include: WhatsApp (Baileys library, unofficial reverse-engineered WhatsApp Web protocol), iMessage (unofficial macOS Message.app integration), and other services that may use web scraping, unofficial APIs, or undocumented endpoints.
By enabling and using any MCP integration, you acknowledge and accept the following risks: your use may violate the terms of service of the third-party platform; your account on the third-party platform may be suspended, terminated, or permanently banned; the third-party service provider may take legal action against you; integrations may stop working at any time without notice; your data may not be protected by the same security measures as official APIs; and you may lose access to your data, messages, or content on the third-party platform.
You expressly waive any and all claims against Inchambers, Pawan Khatri, and their affiliates arising from your use of third-party MCP integrations, including but not limited to claims related to account termination, data loss, terms of service violations, or legal actions by third-party service providers.
Third-Party Terms Compliance
You are solely responsible for: reading and understanding the terms of service of any third-party platform before enabling integrations; determining whether your intended use complies with third-party terms of service; accepting all consequences of using unofficial or unsanctioned integration methods; maintaining backups of any data that may be affected by integration use; and complying with all applicable laws regarding automated access to third-party services. Inchambers provides these integrations as a convenience to users. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality, safety, or compliance of any MCP integration with third-party terms of service.
